e2v’s new UNiiQA+ family of line scan cameras have been specifically designed to bring affordable, flexible and simple high speed solutions to your current inspection or sorting system.
The broad choice of UNiiQA+ cameras offer a ‘one-stop-shop’ solution at multiple price points in order to accommodate any performance requirement and any budget:
• Essential models – designed for low-speed or cost effective applications
• High-speed models – for high speed applications
• High resolution models – for tiny detail detection or for covering large areas
Featuring an exclusive e2v CMOS sensor
Thanks to e2v’s exclusive CMOS image sensor technology, the UNiiQA+ covers all of the main resolutions from 0.5k to 16k pixels and speeds up to 100KHz. The 5µm pixel pitch sensor enables the UNiiQA+ to stand as the most compact line scan camera on the market today and to be C-mount compatible at any resolution up to 4K pixels.
Designed for Distortionless and High resolution machine vision macro lens
9 product line (f# range : 10mm-50mm) covers various angles of view
Floating system improves high performance with any magnification
What is floating system?Normal lenses shift just a single group of elements for focusing. Additional floating elements (see picture below)can improve the close-focus performance significantly. Because the floating component is separate to the focusing lens group, aberrations caused by lens extensions are significantly reduced. Benefits are particularly great inmacro lenses because they cover a wide range of focus distances and in wide-angle.
The upgraded version of SV-H series to increase the sensor size support to 1". With its high resolution it is very effective for a large variety of machine vision applications. A core focus of the design was to minimize distortion while maintaining a high contrast in order to deliver the best possible image by a fixed focal lens.
The Imaging Source "33" series Gigabit Ethernet monochrome/color industrial cameras feature low-noise CMOS technology from Sony, ON Semiconductor and Aptina. A variety of input, output, strobe and trigger options are available via the Hirose port. The Gigabit Ethernet interface enables easy setup and integration into existing and new applications. For applications where longer cable lengths are required, GigE allows for cable lengths of up to 100 meters. With up to 120 fps and a trigger delay of less than 5 µs, the "33" camera series is a cost-effective and highly-versatile imaging solution
