Thinner beam splitters reduce ghosting, which enhanced resolution to supports high-resolution cameras.
For high-reflective objects, this series can completely show the appearance defection.

This series can be applied in wafer PAD circuit open, dents on metal surfaces, panel screen barcode, and glass target alignment.
