The MICRO IMAGE3 is a digital microscope system that realizes laser focusing for infrared wafer AOI microscopy with lossless infrared penetration. It combines observation, photographing, and measurement in a single unit, and has observation performance that exceeds that of the human eye, allowing for both flat surface and 3D measurements to be taken by simply operating the laser pointer.
