Camera Link cables are shielded twisted pair cables.
The Camera Link standard specifies the following:
- Differential pairs must be individually shielded, and the cable as a whole must have two shields.
- 26-pin Miniature Delta Ribbon connectors (MDR-26) are recommended for use with Camera Link.
- The shrunk variant SDR-26 is allowed since standard version 1.2.
Camera Link cables are available in lengths of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10 meters
