The system is an optical measurement system equipped with a dual-magnification lens, operating in two different measurement modes:
- Wide Field of View – Low magnification providing a large field of view for measuring a wider area. Even in this mode, the measurement accuracy remains high .
- High Precision – Higher magnification reduces the field of view, enabling maximum measurement accuracy.
Wide Field Mode

High Precision Mode
- Field of View: ~18 × 18 mm
- Typical Accuracy: up to ±2 µm
