IMAGE 3 PRO-H Image Measuring Instrument
The IMAGE 3 PRO-H is equipped with a high-precision XY coordinate table, enabling accurate measurement of larger parts through controlled stage movement while maintaining excellent measurement accuracy.
In addition, the system integrates a point spectral confocal sensor for non-contact height (Z-axis) measurement and can be equipped with a precision contact probe for direct measurement of physical features.
