ARTCAM-130SWIR-USB3
Artray ARTCAM-130SWIR is based on a high Sensitivity Near-infrared (InGaAs) sensor, the SCD InGaAs Cardinal1280.
This sensor have 1280 x 1024 pixels and delivers image at 30 frame/second.
The InGaAs sensor can detect radiation invisible to human eyes and CCD/CMOS cameras in the wavelength range between 400 nm to 1700 nm bond. Otherwise, despite the InGaAs sensor, it has 35% of quantum efficiency between 600 nm to 900 nm, so it can be applied to detect a wide range of wavelengths.
The cameras are available with USB or camera link interfaces.
